Lovely, clean, warm, spacious apartment. Great facilities. Within walking distance of Belfast Centre, but easy enough to drive out to the coast. The hosts/management were great, very helpful and even left tea, coffee, milk, crisps and wine. I was apprehensive about the security deposit, but understand now why they ask for one , and it was refunded quickly after departure so no problem. The building is designed for comfort. Modern apartment, all equipment new, very comfy bed. Generally very quiet neighbors, except for a party one night. Location was good, close to city center and lots of good places to eat nearby.
There were a few issues with the apartment. When we arrived, there was no electricity and the lights didn't work, leaving us in complete darkness.

Great location, easy to walk to the center and with a train stop just across the road. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were even complimentary items like a bottle of wine and crisps. the TV had streaming services like Amazon and Netflix, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was a minor issue with the security deposit not being returned initially, but the hotel promptly apologized and rectified the situation. It was likely just an honest mistake that doesn't happen often.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home during my stay in Belfast. The bedroom was perfect for a solo traveler like me, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen, equipped with a microwave and fridge, allowed me to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. Watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the evenings was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. this apartment provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Personally, I found the absence of an oven in the kitchen to be a slight drawback. However, I understand that others may not consider this a problem and would still find the kitchen well-equipped for their needs.
